A recent national survey of Australian registered and enrolled nurses revealed that many nurses are not as healthy as they would like to be. Over 6000 nurses responded to the survey and many nurses revealed that they wish that they were healthier and that there were many factors that impacted on their own health, including stress, workplace bullying, shift work, lack of healthy food options, workload and lack of support from managers.

So what are the
answers?

If there was an easy answer, we would already be doing it. Here we will explore what nurses need and how that can happen! We already know that a healthy workforce is what everyone wants. So, let’s work together to make it happen!
